| General Condition: | A very livable boat for its size with lots of storage. Hardwood floors in main salon. New air conditioning unit and related water pump in 2018. New stereo and speakers in 2017. Interior wood reconditioned in 2018. Bridge has the best layout for socializing of any of the Mariner models with L-shaped bench seating, a flip-flop captain’s bench, and a pedestal cocktail table. Full Bimini enclosure and a cover for instrument panel. Snap-down exterior carpeting on the bridge and aft deck. Walk around decks and a walk-out door in the transom that leads to the swim platform make tying up a cinch. Anchor and windlass. Patio umbrella included for extra shade on the aft deck. Forward cabin sleeps 2 in a double bed and has lots of storage. Sleep 2 more at the dinette and 2 more on the bench seating in the salon. Shade covers for front windows help keep the cabin cool. No interior helm to take up living space. Head with integrated shower with a pretty privacy film on the window. Kitchen features a two-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and all the usual utensils. Most all the amenities you'll need are included. |
